Tauro invited to become members of 'The Australian Small Scale Offerings Board' (ASSOB)

The ASSOB platform is designed to assist unlisted companies raise capital through the origination, aggregation and sale of their securities while also providing a facility for investors to buy and sell securities through primary and secondary sales.
ASSOB invited Tauro Capital to join the ASSOB membership team in mid November, 2008. Through this association, we are able to assist unlisted clients seeking to raise up to $5 million to fund growth and expand their business.
