ASSOB listing – Preshafoods Limited

Tauro Capital have been appointed to manage the listing of Preshafood Limited on the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board. Preshafood are a world leading Melbourne based food technology company that use a proprietary High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology to produce a range of juice and fruit products that are now available through Coles and Woolworths stores nationwide.

Preshafood products are pressurised cold (not heat pasteurised) using a revolutionary technique that preserves flavour, texture colour and smell. Preshafood fruit is pressurised cold using High Pressure Processing rather than cooking, heating or chemicals. The company was established in 2006 and has been manufacturing HPP products since early 2007. Woolworth’s have recently rolled out Preshafood’s flagship product, Preshafruit juices, into their Melbourne and Sydney stores. The company is listing on ASSOB as a part of their growth strategy.
