Our experience tells us that the best results are achieved when a thorough, international search for buyers is conducted and recent comparable purchaser pricing information is researched. We utilise Bloomberg and IRESS search systems to access this vital information.

The typical divestment mandate includes:

Industry research

We develop a comprehensive understanding of the vendor's business, its operations and the industry in which it operates, and profile recent M&A activity;

Prepare the business for sale

We work with accounting, tax and legal advisors (where appropriate) to ensure the business is ready for sale;

Corporate valuation

We complete a corporate valuation in order to set price expectations and structure our fee arrangements. These valuations are transparent and linked to observed market transaction data in order to ensure the client has reasonable expectations and that our fee arrangements are commensurate to the business' value.

Prepare marketing materials:

We prepare the marketing materials and presenting the opportunity to the market;

Project management - due diligence

We project manage the due diligence process;
