Whilst these services are usually included in our larger mandates we can also provide specific solutions in this area.
Briefs range from private company valuations, used in corporate re-structures for private companies, to complex solutions involving the application of DCF, earnings based or value based management techniques. The more complex valuation and modelling projects usually take place within large corporate actions such as acquisitions or takeovers in the public company space.
